I ordered a nice Brebbia from them a couple weeks ago. It spent lot of time in Chicago Customs. It's in Georgia right now. Hopefully I'll get it next week. My recommendation is when you order from outside the country pay extra for tracking.
I would strongly second this advice (though I have never had to pay "extra" for tracking). I buy quite a few things from other countries, and since COVID, USPS has on occasion taken what can only be called a fairly whimsical attitude to delivery. Customs is a whole other thing--sometimes packages sail through, sometimes not, without any discernible pattern.
