Just received the box today -- looks great! I'm going to take the weekend to make my additions and subtractions, then take it over to Steve Laug. He'll probably need a few days and then either he or I will mail it on (Probably him as he has postage meters and stuff at work! ). If anyone cares, it cost just under $14.00 to ship to BC from Alberta -- thanks Neil!!

I wish our snow down east was moving as fast as this box, fishing season opens in 5 days and I still have 4' of snow in my yard. :roll:

Our snow in Ottawa was almost destroyed by a warm, windy day yesterday and rain overnight. I still have a nice chunk of it in my front yard, but my backyard is clear. The rivers still have ice cover in some areas, other rural areas are getting flooding from the quick melt. Double-digit temperatures, feels tropical.

We've had a good melt so far this season, so no flood concerns yet. But it was the rain through May and June that caused the problems last year, so I guess we'll see.

My salmon camp has 7 ft in woods with 3 ft of ice under it....I pray for a good season

Just delivered the box to Steve Laug. He's going to take Easter Weekend to play (says he'll add a couple of pipes!) and then will ship it and let me know the tracking number (which I'll post here).

I just realized that I will be in Florida for 10 days starting April 25 so there is a good chance I will not be here when it's my turn to receive the box so maybe it's best for this round to skip me or if possible move me further to the end. I'll let you guys decide.

That's up to you Mr. Bear. I can bump you to the end of the list after me if you want, but the Box is still in BC so there's still some travel pending.

Andrew: I can hold on to it for while if you want, and then just drop it off to you personally (I noticed you're the one on the list that I need to mail to). by the time the post gets its way to me and then me sending it off to you, you never know... you might be back. If I get the box when you're gone, I can just send to whoever is after you.

Just back from a trip in woods on atv, holy crap batman, there are spots with easily 5 ft of snow out there. We have been smoked in the past 4 days with flooding I haven't seen in my 53 yrs.
