Just got power back, off since 2AM yesterday. I lost a 25' long 2' diameter limb off my 100 year old sorghum at the end of the drive. The far end took out my neighbors F250, he parked it there so he was near the street, a poor choice it seems now. Other than power and the limb we fared better than some, trees and limbs down everywhere. The Silverado handled the drive OK so I didn't have to break out the tractor to do the drive.
How did everyone else do?

We saw a little bit of rain, all the snow forecasted never happened. Looks like you must live a little further up North, I hope your neighbor is of the amicable sort who will not try to sue over his truck like so many others do these days...

It looks like at least one more round to come later in the week.

I think Punxsutawney Phil blew it again this year. :D

The worst we've had here was 12 days of rain and number 13.... snow. :?

We Southerners haven't had the snow that the Mid-West and North-East has had, but our yards are swamps.

over here in NW WI we got another 8-10 inches of snow, edges of the drive are narrowing up and getting tall but now the forecast calls for rain saturday. Sunshine and 32 today, c'mon spring.

Here in Houston, we measure our time below freezing in the minutes. I think combined we have had 24 total hours of below freezing temps in two years. Hope all is well for those you having to deal with the last of winter weather.
