The Beast

I’ve been smoking Cornell & Diehl’s small batch “The Beast”occasionally over the past few months. It has a very spicy earthy-ness that I’m growing quite fond of.

I have a few tine, but have not cracked any yet. Too many others already open but I hear it's good.

I'm a big Cornell Diehl fan from back in their North Carolina days, and I think SP/Jeremy have sustained the brand. I'll take a look at The Beast specs next time I'm in the tobacco pages, if it is still offered.

I’m surprised this blend doesn’t get more attention. It’s a rarity to have that much perique in a blend, but it works for this one.

Since it was a small batch from 2016 that has sold out, no one can buy more. So, why hard sell it at this point?

With all due respect to C&D, this is the Beast. He's resting after terrorizing the villagers. Well, not all of them. Just a homeless guy who had the poor fortune to be walking down the street when the Beast figured out how to open the back fence. The homeless guy climbed on the roof of our neighbors Volvo, who called us to let us know the Beast was successful in his patrol of the neighborhood and could we bring him since they had to go to Target

They did a second release March of this year.
