You guys are the best. She got anemic overnight and will be getting blood this morning. That should help her feel a lot better. I have a lot of family support and help, so I am not alone at all. Just so ready to take my bride home. Not the same without her.

Hopefully she'll get to come home soon Jason. I'm sure she's looking forward to that as well. It sucks being stuck in a hospital bed, God only knows I've spent my fair share of time in one! My thoughts and prayers continue to be sent your way.

My wife and I had a long struggle with her hip replacement revision -- take out the old artificial hip, treat for weeks with antibiotic,

and put in a new hip replacement. It was a long time with serious pain issues, her living on the one lower level of the house

with a bird feeder garden she could watch and lots of reading material for her. She was in rehab for weeks, many lunches over

there, and nights helping her wash up, and bringing in our own butter and goodies to share with others. Now, she is not only

home, but is up and around and all over town. May it long be so, and for your wife too! I tell her her troubles drove me to

Cavendish (well, pipe tobacco in general, but Cavendish has a good sound). Take care, and take care of yourself.

This is the final update. My wife has been moved to a regular room and might get to come home today. She will be out of work the rest of the week for additional recuperation. Thanks again to you here who said prayers and expressed concerns not only on the forums, but actually calling with concern.
