My post was mostly in jest. From what I hear, he takes care of his primary customers very nicely.
I had terrible time with the post office in that they decided my new address was undeliverable and sent my noggins package back to him. I was in email contact a few times and called twice. He went ahead and UPS’d at a loss to negate the post office entirely. So yet again totally different experience. Plus they have Old Limey Bastard in bulk, think they are overwhelmed and patience is the ticket here , but it’s your money your hassle, I get it .
I still don't understand what that's all about. I don't follow the timeline but the new guy supposedly took ownership and much later, there's comments from their Facebook account about being happy if a bullet went through the president's head? Is that the previous guy with access to the Facebook page or what then?

No... and wouldn't that actually mean more to you, should someone go out of their way and create an account for the sole reason of showing their dissatisfaction

Well, when a 1/3 of a person;s post history is solely about how bad a company is, I'd tend to agree.
You both are dense. Yes, 1/3 of my recent posts are about not liking 4Noggins. 1) I created this thread and am responding to notifications. 2) they have been so terrible, I'm vocal about it recently (far from the only one).
You both appear to search out 4Noggins threads on PipesMagazine with complaints and act as corporate apologists. That's not even a good term because there's no argument your presenting in their favor.

I have no opinion on 4noggins whatsoever. I've never ordered from, can't say I wouldn't order from them either.
You see, if you'd spent more than 5 minutes on here, you'd know that you can look at only the new posts, so when some whinny you know what keeps posting about the same thing, it pops up as new.
Calm the hell down dude, you act like that in public and someone will straight up put you in your place.
I have always felt that when a retailer does a terrible job, it is up to the members to tell everyone what happened so we can protect our selves and make sure no one gets taken advantage of. Us pipe guys gotta stick together.
