Ah yes, a discolored undercarriage. That reminds me of an unpleasant time I had after a little bit of fun with a young lady back when I was in college!

Woah that’s sick that you named your IMP meer. It kinda has a speckling thing going on that this Tekin has as well. Yasmin is a beauty!

It’s somewhere around 550 bowls but yeah I agree it has colored quite a bit.

The pipe on top has more bowls than that and hasn’t colored nearly as much. Although, the top pipe had those bowls smoked over the course of 3 1/2 years as opposed to the 550 bowls in 7 months out of the Tekin.

That’s truly one of the most beautiful meers I’ve even seen. I just picked up a tekin from pipedepot on eBay that looked semi “translucent” like yours. Only problem is that the seller still hasn’t shipped it a week later and hasn’t been responding to my messages. Might give it a week before contesting the charge on my CC

Yeah for sure. Coloring aside, it’s my best smoking pipe. I wouldn’t have smoked it so much if it wasn’t a fantastic smoker.

That’s odd. This one was a pipesdepot purchase. I will say that he doesn’t do the best job of deleting pipes that have already been purchased from listings across the different marketplaces. For example, I purchased a pipe from him that was listed on eBay but had already sold on Etsy. He let me select a different pipe and sent me a meerschaum tamper and stand, which I really appreciated. Hopefully he makes things right with you.

I just checked and he shipped it this morning! However he never replied to any of my messages over that last three days about when I can expect it to be shipped. I’m SO excited, I feel like a kid at Christmas haha
