Taste in Pipe Tobacco/Cigarettes

I smoked primarily Camels and some Parliaments. It has been well over a decade since my last cigarette. I prefer Va/Pers and Turkish forward blends.

When I smoked (quit 2007) I smoked Camel Turkish Royals, until they changed them and they started tasting like every other cigarette. Although, cigarettes, as for most, were never really about flavor for me and I never really found a truly tremendous difference between most brands (with the exception of the unpleasantness of super cheap ones).

Pipe tobacco is a whole different world. I probably like VAs and Va/pers best, but enjoy VA/Ors, the occasional burley based blend, english blends, and aromatics from time to time as well.
