Tamping a Canted Bowl

I think we all knew what you meant. I’m still trying to figure out what the “obsidian of the bowl” means.

obviously the volcanic glass that all pipes come with. duh.
I tamp my canted pipe just like the others. But if you really want to over think it go for it.

My beloved teaches math, including all things geometry, and claims (without looking at the chamber and based on my likely incorrect description so don’t blame her) it may be an oblique cylinder. I’m not sure it really is, but it sounds cool.

I think this may be why I have never purchased a pipe with a canted bowl!
I like the look of them, but am deeply suspicious of the burning dynamics.
I do OWN one, but it doesn't see much action. I do understand this is irrational.
