It has been a while since I purchased a new tobacco that I haven’t tried before. I had some Bijou recently and am thinking I should get some more. I also need some more Sixpence, JackKnife Plug Ready Rubbed, Navigator, and Old Joe Krantz. Gotta stay stocked up! I’m working to finalize my list to keep it to one order to save on shipping. Will report back soon after I submit my order.
Those all look like good choices to me.
I have a file in my pipes folder called #411 where i stash tidbits of relative info, amongst that used to be my "to try" list (which is now empty) and a list entitled "stock up." Once the "stock up" list gets enough items in it for a free shipping order, i find my retailer of choice and voila.

My wife will be arriving at our local Houston Air BnB Friday. So, of course, i placed a decent little TAD order today through SP for some stuff i can't normally get easily, delivered to that address. She's also bringing a couple of my newer pipes that have been delivered to the house since i've been gone. Looking forward to trying those and a couple new tobaccos from the SP order. Trying to give this trip as much salt 'n' pepper as possible.

Yeah I've never gotten sequential from Smoking Pipes and they make the stuff themselves... It's almost like they must purposefully try to mix them up. Out of an order of 6-12 tins I'll generally have a range of 1,500-3,500 serial numbers lol
If that is an oops I would love to see what a hooray would look like.

I just wanted to say that having just recently picked up a pipe again for the first time in many months (or perhaps longer), I am feeling very pleased with the fact that I stocked up in the past. It feels like smoking for free, and knowing I'm unlikely to ever run out.

I have a suspicion it's just marketing speech for trimmings, not that that would affect the taste negatively at all.
I did have a pipe of the 1792, but I've been fighting allergies which have become respiratory infection, so I'm dead in the water for time being.
