It will be my job to smoke the turkey this year, so I will need a fairly good sized pipe. But, I will be puffin' on some Molto Dulce around family, to offset the smells of all of the baked good the fairer sex will be aromarizing in the kitchen. After dinner, I will smoke something in a Va blend, because that's always what I want after a great meal.

I'll most likely be marking the day with one of the Sutliff's I've cellared but haven't smoked: most likely Charlemagne or Barbados Plantation.

2013 McClelland Christmas Cheer
After everyone has gone, and the kitchen is cleaned, a nice glass of Jamesons and a bowl full of "Cheer". Then we gear up for Friday and our second Thanksgiving. Yes, my wife cooks 2 of them every year, then we eat nothing but leftovers for a week. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.

I am opening a 2 year old tin of MacBaren's Scottish Mixture. I know 2 years isn't exactly "aged", but I do truly enjoy this smoke.
