this is the problem sellers don't know the terms. This one is lightly smoked as in someone literally smoked the rim. Heavily tobacco smoked though. Love how the part where the stem goes in is chopped off.

I just checked my Ebay, I have received the same offer. I think I will decline. Even if it was reduced to $1, shipping is $27 for me.

I've never understood how shipping from the US to Canada consistently costs more and takes longer than shipping from eastern Europe. I have a couple pipes on the way from Russia that only cost $8 for shipping.
