Sounds delicious. Thanks for the review Adam.
You're very colorful in your language and it helps a great deal.

I received a free tin of this from Sutliff about a month ago and just got around to smoking a bowl of it a few days ago.
I was really impressed. Its strong flavor wise, but not harsh. In fact what struck me the most was just how smooth it was. It was like smoking silk (metaphorically speaking of course).
I wasn't a big fan of Sutliff blends prior to this tin, but I will definitely buy more of this.

I have had some. It's not my favorite English but it isn't bad, either. I actually hated the tin note when I first smelled it and it took me awhile before I quit being a baby and tried it. Once I smoked it, I enjoyed the flavor much more than I expected.

I just tried this about 2 weeks ago after having a tin for over a year as a free sample. I too did not like the tin note from it but perhaps it mellowed out and when I finally got around to trying it, I really like it. Definitely smooth. When I get some funds, I will buy more. Nice english blend.

I bought some about a month ago and I have to agree with juvat270. Very smooth and I liked it alot. It will not replace my everyday smoke but dose have a place with me at all times.

The blend no. 5 does smoke really well. It's got a good, full flavor, but isn't harsh. It's good if you're new to English blends. :puffy:

I was just looking at the Altadis website and noticed the many English blends offered by Sutliff. I'll have to try a few a month until I've sampled them all. Take a look at the Altadis web site and check out how they grade the blends. It's very helpful when deciding what to buy next.
