My grandfather gave me a gold watch. My father took it (by force). But all was not lost, he returned it 25 years later when it was broken.

Thanks for sharing this. I was given my grandpa's 1963 Gibson Hummingbird with that guitar he played with Willie Nelson, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and some other blues, country folks whenever they came up this way. I remember sitting at his feet and just listening. Your post brought those memories back. .Thank you for that.
