Superbowl: What will You Smoke and Drink?

Probably nothing since I don’t watch football. Never could get into it.

I'm a NCAA Football fan but I watch the Superbowl out of respect for the game.

I like pipe smoking. I like gambling. I like sports. Bummer to hear some peeps here don’t enjoy super bowl Sunday, but I get it. To each their own. No judgement here.

I personally look forward to good food, drinks . . .and of course some baccy. Depends if I win my bets. A good winning day is esoterica . . . .a loser day is . . .some esoterica. Just gonna let my buzz say Dunbar vs ASTB.

I’ll be Mr. Momming it for the super bowl this year. Mama is a nurse and will be working. Chicken strips and soda pop for me. I may sneak out to the garage for a few puffs here or there though.

Normally, one of my brothers hosts a Superbowl party and my sister-in-law cooks up a storm for party of forty or fifty friends. They did it consecutively for 30-something years, until the pandemic hit. I would usually attend. I might tune in. I'm more looking forward to UFC later today.

I haven't paid much attention to television in years. I watch some classic movies. But I keep on reading, I love to devour books. However, I prefer to watch a American baseball, rugby game. I don't like European soccer.

I watch hockey night and day.
High School, College, International, and NHL.
I watch it all.

I refuse to support the NFL in any way. They have made it very clear that they don't want my business, so they will never have it again.

Nor mine. Never once have I turned on an NFL game and seen ANYONE playing hockey.

And I love watching curling in the Olympics. Endlessly fascinating range of choices for plays; a combo of chess, billiards and lawn bowling on ice. Strategy, tactics, execution are on a very high level.

And I love European football. Not so much this minute, watching my Tottenham Hotspur team play poorly.

My brother and I have long been fascinated by curling. There really are all those things going on. I'm glad someone else appreciates it.
