Stronger?

I'm looking to buy a good English and read on Tobacco Reviews the difference between Balkan Saseini and White Knight. The Saseini was listed as very mild, mild to medium and medium. The White Knight got medium to full reviews. I like a stronger English. Have any of you had these two, and is this true about their taste and strength? Thanks. LeRoy

I found both to be extremely mild. You're probably wanting Black House (Sutliff Balkan Sobranie 759 Match) versus White Knight (Sutliff Balkan Sobranie Original Match).

If you want a higher concentration of Latakia, I say go with Pirate Kake or Lancer Slices. Good ol lat bombs.
If you are looking for good English blends that won't wear out their welcome I would suggest Omega, Royale and Tashkent by LJ Peretti.
As far as bulk blends I would add Arango Balkan Supreme to what @Chasing Embers suggested.

And what definition of strength are you talking about? Full Bodied? Lat bomb? High nicotine?

The white knight has a stronger flavor compared to sasieni. I really like both, the balkan sasieni has a little brighter flavor which makes it a little more mild tasting. If you want to go heavier then try black house.

I’d add these:

GLP Quiet Nights and Chelsea Morning are flavorful and nicely complex, QN being more assertive. Russ’s Magnum Opus is another excellent one that flies under the radar.

Balkan Sasieni and White Knight are very different blends. WK had Yenidge in the mix, while Balkan Sasieni has a higher perccentage of Macedonian. WK is more strongly flavored than Salkan Sasieni. Both are good blends.
