I'm not a fan of strong tobacco's, but I will have a bowl of HH Old Dark Fired from time to time. Blends like Escudo, Nightcap and PS Luxary Bulleyes flake that were also mentioned don't act like a strong blends for me. As for Jackknife Plug that was also mentioned, I don't smoke that as the times I've tried it before its been too strong for me.

I still have the rest of the rope in a jar and every once in awhile I gaze at it, coiled in its glass cacoon, and shudder.
Mine is dressed in a little dominatrix outfit.

This sounds exciting. I like plugs and dislike cakes, and couldn't ever find a clear-cut statement as to which it was.

I don't get alot of nic hit from anything really. I smoke Black XX Twist regularly, and though it tastes wonderful, and often smoke it out of a 2 inch deep IMP meer, no nic hit. I feel left out. :( Smoked Condor recently in an MM General, and it was sublime, but no dizzy, queazy side effects.

Chasing, you might need to try some twist. I got four of these and they kick ass.

Chasingembers, I'm lucky too, that nic doesn't get me. I have been smoking condor mixed with Brown Irish Twist lately and would recommend giving it a go.

I smoke Black XX Twist regularly, and chew it from time to time. Cotton Boll has caught my attention. May have to give it a go!

I, too, seem to have a fairly high tolerance to nicotine. Irish Flake and DKP just don't seem to get the job done. Lately, when I'm looking for more of a nicotine hit, I've been going to C&D's Burley Flake No. 3 and some G&H Sweet Coconut Twist (which seems to be on the "milder" end of the rope spectrum, but still...). Looks like Picayune is going on The List.

I smoke a substantial amount of C&D's Dark Burley but can also recommend Burley Flake #1. It's strong, both in nicotine and in the strange "Burley buzz" which is sort of a body high.

Some other useful info:
Cigarette tobacco and fine cut tobacco results cluster around a pH 5 with average nicotine levels between 15 and 20 mg/g. Pipe tobacco presents the lowest observed pHs 4.7-4.9, while nicotine content averaged around 17 mg/g. Cigars present pH levels between 6 and 7 while nicotine contents are low, between 7 and 12 mg/g.

Pease Haddo's Delight, C&D Old Joe Krantz, and 1792 Flake. Lay down and ride it out.

Sollmann(1948) states that under average conditions the amount of nicotine entering the mouth from a cigarette ranges from 1.8 to 8.5 mg., and the amount absorbed ranges from 1.4 mg. to 3.3 mg.
Storm van Leeuwen (1918) estimated the amount of nicotine in cigar smoke, using the blood pressure of

the spinal cat. He obtained figures from 1.6 to 4.25 mg. per g. of cigar or 8.0 to 20 mg. for an average cigar.

Most cigarettes in the U.S. market today contain 10 milligrams (mg) or more of nicotine. The average smoker takes in 1 to 2 mg nicotine per cigarette when inhaling.
