Try peanut butter with horseradish.

There are all kinds of funky combinations like that that just work. One of my favorites is goat cheese and jalapeno fireweed jelly. It sounds whack as hell, but it’s amazingly good on crackers, toast, or whatever. Works with any pepper berry jelly if thats all that can be found/made.

Also a huge fan of pepperoni and pineapple pizza (even better with jalapenos as well).

Or, for example, Bob’s Chocolate Flake, haha.

Yeah the sweet and hot jelly mixed with the goat cheese just creates a crazy good concoction somehow. Its addicting.

I'd be too frantic out there with all the insects flying around—jumping like hell every time one landed on me. Hardly a stress reliever.

That can happen lol, but this is looking west from Washington Island and the gentle westerlies coming off of Lake Michigan mostly keep the bugs at bay.
