Thanks I was thinking about them. Wondering if the bigger ones with the lids that has a metal latch is good. Thanks again

They're good but not AS good, because of the uneven pressure of the hinge-and-latch mechanism and more "foam like" gasket.

The difference between a hinge and a screw lid would only potentially matter for truly extended storage, though. For anything less a flipper is fine.

Pro tips: wide mouth jars and keep the box.

Easy access and convenient storage. You'll regret not doing either.
I've even managed to carefully cut the plastic in between the new empty jars, carefully remove them, fill them up, and then wiggle them back in below the plastic and into the cardboard box with enough plastic still intact and fastened, that they're well held in place and stack even better with the additional side support...
