There's nothing closer to it than Newminster 400. Those are two peas in a pod, so to speak, although LT is way sweeter than N400, and has that coconut thing vs. N400s more caramel/butterscotch thing.

(Personally I love N400 and dislike LT, though. Over-the-top cloying, to me.)

Solideogloria86's advice is really, really good advice. If you have the potential to become that sagacious grandfather who was always a leaf monogamist -- who will be remembered for always smoking that one tobacco -- gee whiz, be that guy. Many, many of us wish that we had become that, before being ensnared in our harems of endless variety.

Larsens 32 is supposed to be the exact same flake or so I've heard anyway. I've never had the LTF but I've smoked the Larsens, too sweet for me.

Time will tell what I’ll become but I have started to cellar some tobaccos and like to dip my toes between virginia and English blends. For me aromatics never end up as good as they sound in the description lol. I also don’t mind some
Haunted Bookshop now and again when the mood strikes. I may have gone too far down the rabbit hole of blends all ready. lol

LTF goes through an amazing transformation with age on it. Try it with 6-10 years on it, it’s delicious. Although, if you like it fresh, there is a possibility that you won’t like it aged. I personally don’t like it fresh, it wasn’t until I had it aged that I cellared it deep. I’ve not had anything else quite like it, the casing on it is pretty unique, most get coconut from it, I never have, I don’t taste coconut at all.
