I have a small hardwood MM miniature that the dog grabbed off the table before I could grab it. Never smoked, brand new. She decided to chew the stem. And she chews harder than I do. :) Is there a place to get pre-drilled acrylic stem material that I can shape/fit myself? I think I may try my hand at shaping a longer stem for it. Just something to play with I guess. Make it a mini churchwarden.

If you want to go the cheap route, you can buy replacement stems from 4noggins (scroll down).

For a bit more cash, you can get yourself a fancy vulcanite or lucite stem from Walker Briar Works.

Conversely, if you really have your heart set on playing around and fabbing your own stem, you can get roughed in stems from PIMO.

Not sure if Walker makes them for that small of a pipe. I'll look into PIMO.
Thanks Schmitz

JH Lowe is my supplier of choice. Tim West, an incredible pipe maker, is helpful and approachable when you call to order or with questions. I just replaced a stem on a Peretti basket pipe and am getting ready to rusticate it. I replaced and shaped the stem with sandpaper and an electric drill. I will post photos when I am done. Good luck!
