No, as mentioned, it is a Doctors knife that can be adapted as a pipe tamper. I wish it were just a tad smaller. The flat blade sticks out a bit and doesn't allow me to tamp into some of my smaller pipes. I might customize that blade a bit and take a little off to slim the profile. But at $10, it's a handy pocket knife as well.

Nice looking knife - I looked on their website, but the shipping to Canada is $25 - makes it a tad overpriced for me!

It's actually a "Doctor's knife," modeled after vintage Country Doctor's knives that were used to dispense pills (thus, the spatula) and crush them as well (with the flat bottom part of the knife).
