I’ve kept a spreadsheet from the beginning, and in between updating it I just keep a running iPhone note with new purchases and if I open a tin. It’s helpful when I want to decide which aged tin to open. For some stupid reason, however, I decided I didn’t need to keep track of my open tins or my blending tobacco, which altogether is probably 10 or so pounds. So I’m often digging through my open tins bins to find the right jar. Half organized is better than not organized at all
