Just looking at the logo maybe a kaywoodie?.

Kaywoodie did a few square shank pipes in the 30's, Maybe an odd import.

It's a relatively simple variation on the ever popular bulldog. Some pipe maker ought to do it as a pipe of the year or seasonal pipe. I bet it would sell, and it might stick around. I can't decide looking at the pictures if it needs the bead line or not; I guess it works both ways, though it remains a little more bulldog with it.
