SPC Plum Pudding Special Reserve Flake Now Available

I never gave the price one thought, I’ve never smoked this blend, and it’s different from anything I have, so I thought yes!

Also everything I’ve read online looked nice about the blend.

Tabac Manil La Brumeuse was the only recent blend I purchased when I thought about the price at $27.95 for 3.5oz

I bought two tins myself. I'm eager to try them out as I loved the original Plum Pudding, but haven't tried the Special Reserve yet.

I don't see the deal. Seems like more people than not rub their flake out. Which basically leaves you with the regular plum pudding SR. I like the PPSR, better than Penzance to me.

This is definitely different from the Special Reserve plug. The tin note reminded me of Mountain Camp with a musty,earth tone. At first light it tasted like a beefed up Plum Pudding. Hints of the SR Plug kicked in later. The smokiness is a dominant taste all in all. I'm going to smoke more to make sure thats what I tasted but I like it. I don't like it more than Plum Pudding or the SR. But this is all based on the one time smoke.
