Are you going to sue them over a $200 item? I think not. My time is too valuable messing around with minutiae. I want to settle it and do it quickly.

Just for the record I have zero problem calling, but sometimes it's easier to shoot an email and night and have them solve the issue, I have quite literally personally designed the call center software that Nike uses world wide as well as Overstock and Gap, as well as a few smaller companies, call center employees are my peeps. lol

All call center calls are logged, you have a case number as soon as you're verified, some of the systems will log a case number for you while you are still in the phone tree trying to get to the right "person". Most call centers will record calls as well, when I did Ebay's call center software they have all of their calls recorded for "training" and most of nikes calls get logged and recorded as well, not that that stuff matters but yes there is a case number every time you call.

I have an SPC issue too. They won’t stop selling me stuff I want but don’t need.
