1,I was never that impressed with most of SPC line up so regardless of pricing I do not buy nor cellar their product.
2. In a few years you will be begging for the current prices.
I doubt it. I think most of us have more than enough put aside for later. Besides, if it becomes more than I am willing to spend, I will walk away. Tobacco is a luxury, not a necessity.

Nobody likes rising prices, and everyone has their own individual budget.

However, I think if you saw how much work and effort went into making cigars, and pipe tobacco, you might think,
"Wow! If I had to do all that work, I'd be charging double what this stuff costs!"

Growing, harvesting, curing, aging, blending, packaging, branding, storing, shipping, sampling, advertising, customer service, payroll.

Ok. I thought you said you were shocked on the high price.

Kevin,

No doubt. I was not passing judgment on the cost. I was simply wondering why the change and mostly, unsaid, questioning if there has been a shift in tobacco availability that SPC uses. I should have asked more leading questions. I have watched enough videos of the process and having topped tobacco back in the day, I know how much work is involved at least on one end of the process.
