Washington DMV isn't bad, actually. WAY better than Nevada.
Here they have the various tasks divided between different offices. They have a specific licensing office, a vehicle registration office, separate driving schools for new licensees, etc. The employees attitudes were exemplary as well. All-in-all, the least horrible DMV experience I've had across several states.
