I picked up a handful of Frog Morton original 100g tins. It's one of the first blends I smoked when I picked up the pipe again years ago, although I haven't smoked it much the past couple of years. Well, it was FMATP, but I've since taken up with the original as well.
What's Grey Havens like? Nice tin art and I see it's also from the Craftsbury series, but I've never tried it.

New Century's a fine lighter Balkan. Hopefully everyone who wanted a tin, got a tin.

I've read decent reviews but I've never had it. A few folks mentioned it is similar to FMOTT with the Basma but less sweet. We'll see.

I may trade some off but 10 small tins is just over a pound. I'll open one right away and see if I fall in love with the stuff. I do like my oriental blends.
I knew SPC was getting a shipment Monday. When they reduced their McC tins from 70+ down to 14 over the weekend, I figured those 14 were on their way, so I read up on the ones I didn't already have and liked what I read on New Century.

Thanks for the heads up, I got 2 tins of FMC. Would loved to have ordered more but if the customs department here in Aus got hold of say 15 tins (which would be the real number I wanted), I would have had to mortgage the house to pay the ransom to get them released out of customs....

Kudos for the heads up as well; bought 2 tins of FMC. Strange , but at that price point international shipping is a dollar less than domestic shipping!

Yes, I bought large back when Foggy was selling out. But the stuff that I got from him said "Bacon Extra" and instead of a whale, there's a picture of a pig. Do you think it's fake? It tastes nice and smokey, but there's bit's of rind in the dottle.
