I looked at the sellers other items, they have another one for sale at 120.

Oh yeah, they're real. Many companies have released them. They often sell for less than $100, even Savinelli's Punto Oros with that stem.

I made a double loop for a commission once. I tried to talk the buyer out of it to no avail. Used a soda can to shape it.

The price is a hard pass, but the mintiness is clear in the picture of the chamber, which clearly shows the imprint of the jig on the chamber walls, so unsmoked. Doesn't get mintier than that.
