I just made an order to Cigars & Pipes. In addition to pipe cleaners and a new pipe tool, (having lost the previous one, much to my disappointment), I've decided to try some new tobaccos.
I've ordered Frog Morton Cellar, Dunhill Nightcap, Dunhill Royal Yacht, H&H's Signature House of Lords, and H&H's Marquee Magnum Opus. Looking forward to it... :puffy: Hope everyone had a merry Christmas. Happy New Year!

Curious to see how you like Royal Yuck, I'm actually a fan. You also reminded me that I have a ton of Magnum Opus I need to try. Enjoy your TAD.

Sounds like some tasty baccos you got coming. I am looking forward to sampling more Virginias this year and finding my perfect flake.

Royal Yacht, for the nic-hit. Nightcap for the blend. Cellar Frog because I've heard such good things about it. The two H&H blends, because I really really like/liked H&H's Black House.

It's always exciting when an order contains some new blends!

I've tried and liked all your choices except House of Lords, which I'm sure is good! :)
My current order contains several new-to-me blends.

I grabbed some C&D Briar Fox, H&H Viprati, H&H Spectre and some MUWAT Kentucky Fire Cured cigars.

Can't wait to try these! :puffy:

Royal Yacht kicks butt, literally. I remember the first time I smoked it after a few puffs I was literally stuck to my couch, and I was like wow, this is some amazing tobacco.

Nice!! Thanks for the review of Royal Yacht. :) I was looking at the Virginia Spice, but decided to pass it by, this time. I'm a big fan of Lane's Crown Achievement. The first time I smoked it, I got the Latakia/Perique spice, and then it gave way to a beautiful sweetness with the Virginians, but it's been a case of diminishing returns. While I enjoy that tobacco a lot, I've not had the same experience since, so I'm kind of trying out different tobaccos, again.

House of Lords was one of the Latakia blends I ordered for my first foray into "Stinky Englishes" (my wife's term). I like it - it's the most robust of the three I ordered (the others being H&H Daybreak and H&H Victorian Stroll), though it's not at Black House's level.
