dang. well, in that case, i have an unopened pouch from 2023... bidding starts at $500 (or is that too low?) 
I was informed of this when introduced myself to the Forum. Managed to get 10 50g packs at decent price. There were a few other sellers selling at slightly inflated prices.
Sad really. Condor Bar reminds Me of me Granda and was first pipe tobacco I smoked. For years I only smoked Condor Long Cut. I thought it was still reasonably popular.

This is a real shame to read - I was just smoking some this morning!
Indeed if there is no flake (LC) then no need for producing a plug, and probably sales of plug are less than flake
It is something that happens to all brands eventually. So many are purchased by another company and then they change the blend to some cheaper tobacco. Really sad. When they do this eventually the market drifts away over time.
On odd occasions I gift Gallagher Condor Plugs to people. I better order in another 50 or so plugs even if the current ones on offer are different from the original since I suspect this one will soon go the way of the Dodo!
We've known for a long time that JTI has had little interest in Condor. The fact that production was shifted to Poland is the best evidence. I hope that now one of the majors will be able to negotiate a deal to acquire the brand or a license to manufacture. Of course, even if that were to occur and we could buy the RR, flake and plug, fans of the Northern Ireland products may still be unhappy with the versions produced by any of these big producers. But at least those smokers who never tasted the production from the glory days might find the version produced by a serious pipe tobacco manufacturer quite good.
indeed, it a sad news, along with the St Brunos , B&H Mellow Virginia, and Ogden's Original flake it was one of my very favorite among those British domestic mixtures.
But you are going to love the new hip replacement 'Canno-dor' made with top quality bud for that ultimate pipe experience!

If all 12 of you that smoke this blend got together and protested... just kiddin' I love Condor also. I would join you guys in protesting, but I was thinking that keeping the protesters down to even numbers would make more of an impact.
