What a stunning find, Patty. Blatter pipes are superb burners and they fly under the radar of most U.S. smokers: small house, low production, etc.

pruss, impressive. They do appear to be in unusually good shape. It would be daunting to face that number

if they weren't. With a serious clean-up, it looks like a fine group of estate pipes to be readied for the world.

Also, there seem to be some interesting shapes and finishes, while the stain seems notably similar. Quite

a haul.
