Here is the funny bit. I have ton of issues with every other organs, but my lungs is as good as new per lung cancer screening. I dedicate this thread to my daily smoking since 12.

Non smokers can die of lung cancer. So I'd say your doin well!
My grandpa was a pipe smoker for a long time, and hes going to be 101 this year....Just saying.
My Dad last week - 101st B’day
Cigarette smoker (30-40/day) until heart attack at 62yo.
Stopped smoking, took up walking 1hour every day - rain or shine until arthritis stopped him when he was 90yo
I joke he’s alive only because of the handful of medications he’s taking every day

I'm a "live in complete bliss" kind of guy and "oh he died of old age" kind of guy, not knowing isn't all that bad. Doctors/ employers/governments want to manage your health toward drugs/mandates/chemicals. Why...........follow the money.

Will basically double the quality of life for any person who wasn't getting adequate exercise otherwise.
Or just work a job that is a primary industry. You won't get fat, you won't have diabetes, you might not make a hundred but you will live.

He looks about 70. I'm guessing he's also a happy man. He looks it. Unhappiness is a bigger killer than all vices put together. May he continue to enjoy life for a long time yet.
