Had a tin come in dented - kind of a poor pack job with not enough brown paper for packing. I had the issue resolved within ten minutes of sending the email. Stellar service.

Being in Canada, I was nervous about ordering from them and shipped here. Last Monday I ordered 2 tins as an experiment. They arrived yesterday and I wasn’t charged any extra tax or duty. Even with shipping I saved 50% and I got my favourite tobacco again (Fusiler’s Ration). Kudos
