I know this is an old thread, and glad to hear smokingpipes.com took care of you...But I would have raised some hell with UPS.

Probably 90% of my ordering goes to Smokingpipes.com. I used to have around 150 pipes and they have gotten most of those for trade ins. They are good with trade credit and I always receive my order within two business days. Mark Pluta, one of their customer service reps is awesome.
I've also had good success with 4 Noggins and Mars. I've only ordered from Pipesandcigars.com a couple times, they are kind of slow on getting the order out in my experience.
