Every time I have purchaced from them.

One of the things I have noticed about SPC is that you can really tell that the men and women that are employed there are very knowledgeable and truely love their jobs. In this day and age that is a rare thing.

Agree. Smokingpipes.com is great. P&C is really making big strides IMO also. They have come a long way from the 2017 IPSD debacle where customers were waiting weeks for their orders. Some even thought P&C was going out of business. Now I make an order on Friday and it's on my doorstep Monday afternoon from Smokingpipes and P&C. Tobaccopipes.com is also another favorite. Great service over there too.

Well.... I received my replacement tins of Haddos Delight. Only to find these tins had the same issue as the ones before. Damn.
BUT... one quick call and all is well in my world.

Chris, the guy I talked to, said not to worry. Two more replacement tins would be sent ASAP and I could keep the two compromised tins. That's four replacement tins (8oz.) with two more on the way.
I'm at a loss for words. Smokingpipes is 21 jewels in my book. Again, simply the best. :clap:

I echo all the positive things people have said already but I'd like to add one more bit of praise that I don't think gets enough attention. I think they do an excellent job with their social media presence. Everything from their twice-weekly e-mails to their Instagram and Facebook posts, to their YouTube videos is top notch and really makes the hobby more enjoyable for me.
