Yeah I've been a customer for going on a decade now and even after dropping a not insignificant % of my annual gross income with them over the last 12 months or so with the Sutliff situation I'm still at silver.. hich I was already beforehand.
Kinda made me feel like I don't even really care about it at this point if after all that it still didn't even make a dent... I doubt I will ever spend that much on there in a single year in my life again anyway.

5% on a Peterson takes it down a few dollars, but once I bought a pipe dunhill is locked at 15% though I haven't bought that brand.

The badges would be nicer if the results were worthwhile. And didn't decrease.
