For me, I guess I am of two different minds on this. In group settings, I’ve normally been of the little-to-no smoke emitting habit, yet when alone, I have found visible smoke, and swirling smoke, and smoke rings to be my preference of habit.
While the visual aspect of smoking is somewhat appealing to me, the taste/flavor is most important. I've read that when you cut off one sensory intake, the other sensory intakes get more sensitive, so maybe I should try smoking with my eyes closed. It'll probably make the flavors more nuanced and intense.
