Ordered a super special pipe during the sale and order still hasn't shipped. SP told me today they have been overrun: 10,000 orders and all hands on deck shipping boxes. To me, given the STG situation is a great thing. Interest is increasing and sounds like the younger generation moving in picking up a pipe...As long as they make some of the GLP and C&D blends, I couldn't care less as MB is on the chopping block but who knows.

I wouldn't necessarily take that as a sign of increasing interest in the younger gens, they could just be overrun due to it's almost Christmas and there's a bunch of exclusive and limited stuff, as well as unease about MB and Sutliff availability on top of that, all at once, and people who are already smokers are clogging them up, not necessarily new blood.

It's "shopping season", a regular seasonal uptick.

I think I lucked out. I placed an order Tuesday afternoon and it was received on Saturday 12/7. I think it was partially due to unusually fast handling by USPS.

I was thinking the same thing. They get swamped every year right after Thanksgiving.

They did me like that over the Thanksgiving Holiday. They will make it right and get it to you. People just get used to the typical next day shipping they usually do, but sometimes they get busy. I love dealing with them.

Yeah, they’re just getting slammed with orders due to the season and seasonal releases. Shipping within a week is still plenty fast all things considered.

I was fortunate that they shipped my orders right away but USPS is now the problem. They have rescheduled delivery twice then says it was delivered but no package. Fingers crossed it pops up the next few days.

This, exactly. It's the holiday shopping season, limited edition season, and tobacopolypse all in one lol.
I wasn't at all surprised when my orders the last few weeks took over 2 weeks to even process. They seem to be catching up now into the new year.
