It was in place long before McGuinty. The last Toronto Pipe Club meeting in a closed pub occurred in 2003, before the current Liberal government had any chance of imposing the law, which for them was in 2004. Previous governments laid the foundations that killed indoor smoking. All they have done that is original (smoking related) is to outlaw smoking in cars that have kids in them. BTW, the current TPC folks either meet in homes or on a patio.
