Several of their blazers are passable as smoking jackets. I’d suggest ordering one size larger than you normally wear unless you are very slim.
I looked for some nice Chinese style and Japanese style silk robes. I think they would fit the bill nicely.
I have seen in the movies those knee length of fine mohar or cashmere wool smoking robes a la Sherlock Holmes, really gorgeous looking garments,,and presumably very pricey too ,nowadys, I think Derek-Rose in London is still producing the very finest stuff in this segment
I've toyed with the idea of a smoking jacket but since all my smoking is done outdoors I've not got one... ...yet.

Other than Pipe Club, all my smoking is in my unheated garage. My attire will be dictated by the temperature. Today, I will be wearing shorts and a tee shirt. Later, this year, I will have 2 sweat shirts or maybe the heavy jacket.

Sure, it's gaudy. And yes, it was an impulse buy. However, I was looking for a smoking jacket and it was reasonably priced (especially with me being a large American).
While I haven't worn it yet, apparently my work has cigar nights on occassion. Now that Autumn is on the horizon, I may wear it around the house too.
Who has spare funds to buy a smoking jacket? There's tobacco out there that needs purchasing, and if you don't get it, someone else will! ?
