I try to run 2-3 miles 3-5 times a week. I need to get back to lifting weights but I've been lazy about it for the last couple of years. I only smoke 3-4 bowls a week and I never inhale. No impact so far.
Same here ... 100+ mile off-road races and 24-Hour race events.I only ride for fun now and not nearly as often as I should but I used to race mountain bikes and ride my bike to work
