Smoking and Snoring

My wife says I snore, but I’ve never heard it myself!!!

I never did either, but I used to have frequent dreams about tornadoes. My wife woke me up during one of them and told me to stop snoring, and then I put two and two together.

SnoreStop puts out a line of snoring remedies, such as homeopathic tablets you take before sleep, and Extinguisher, a throat spray. It sounded like bullcrap to me, but my wife says that it usually works, so who am I to say?

I am ENT surgeon and I operate patients all the time because of snoring.
Smoking irritates nasal mucosa -> blocked nose ->snoring
I have never heard this: smoking pipes -> reduces snoring
If you are fat then the problem is not nose.
