Smithfield Chicken and BBQ.

I like their chopped bbp. Plenty of vinegar. But! Their chicken is the best! I couldn't figure it out at first, but it taste like KFC from 80's. Well done chicken breast without pink. Soft and juicy. Not sure if they use some pressure cooker or not like Col. used to. Boy that was a finger licking good chicken.

Their fried chicken is good and the sweet tea will make your teeth hurt pulling into the parking lot. For chopped bbq I go to Stephensons on 50.
