Sina identifying marks ...

Hi all,

I've recently found a couple of estate pipes, one is a 'Sina'. Just trying to find out a bit more about it. It has the 'Sina' stamp (inside the oval) and but also the numbers '222' underneath the Sina logo. On the other side is the word 'EXTRA'. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please ??
