When you are at the B&M and it gets busy and the staff doesn't bat an eye when you slip behind the counter and start showing pipes to customers.

@ wyfbane. I don't think I'm in that well with my B&M. It's never busy there. I'm usually the only one in the shop every time I go. I honestly don't know how he stays in business. That's why I shop there as much as possible. Support your local community every chance you get.
