Thanks to Cyndi and Abe Cox for posting pictures. You're welcome for the thread Ranger.
Arthur is right. The "White Spot" is too big. I was told if you call it a dot in the presence of someone from the Dunhill company, they have a license from Her Majesty's Secret Service to kill you.
That is one of the pipes I bought from the Aaron Spelling estate while I was brokering the deal with SmokingPipes.com. I obtained it in May 2010 at the Chicago show, and never noticed it until May 2011 at the Chicago show.
I was sitting next to Frank Blews. He currently works as the Mac Baren specialist for their U.S. importer, but is a long-time tobacco and pipeman, having worked at several companies for decades, including Lane Ltd.
He spotted it right away. Then, when I compared it side by side with other Dunhills, I knew he was right. Aside from the "White Spot" being too big, they did a great job on the replacement stem.

Bootleg's Peterson is getting broken in but I wanted to show off the vintage glass I found in a huge pile of crap at Goodwill. It holds my tamper (three cheers for Baskerville) and pipe on my side and his tamper and pipe on his side.

I like all three items Cyndi.

I like those glass trays, they look like a good size, and that tamper is awesome.
I have some very tiny natural clay 'bowls' that I get at the Indian market near my house, they are cheap (3 x $1.50), and hold a pipe perfectly with the stem in the slight up position.
