It's the best, whenever I'm in the mood for one of these.

I don't, in fact I enjoy smoking some bends with filter. I like the vauen or the Peterson carbon filters beset.

Interesting the folks who list some no-names among their best smokers. Certainly have a few in my regular rotation due to that reason. Hard to pick 10, though, as I'd say half my collection would rate as very good smokers, but that would include some of my Petes, my Willmera, my new Rossi, and a Sasieni.

It would be much easier to show a top 10 list of my least favorite pipes, but here are the pipes I have out and in service right now. Next month I'll have a new top 10.
Left column down:
1. Twin Bore Bite Proof

2. LHS Filter King

3. Ehrlich

4. Kaywoodie Filter Plus (Has a Nylon brush inside the stem)

5. Koolsmoke (Very light. Smokes great)
Right column down:
1. Peterson Dracula (I don't like the finish but the pipe smokes great)

2. No name full bent (Great smoker every time)

3. Dr. Grabow Silver Duke

5. No Name with random mashed on stem. (Consistently good smoker)
The Peterson is the most expensive pipe in the lineup. All the others are estates acquired for 20 bucks or less.
