I have this morta canted egg with black bamboo extension from DotterPipes (Domagoj Telisman).
I like it as it is, but was wondering if a slight bend in the stem might be an improvement ? Opinion anyone ?

I would not. A bend would add even more degrees to the off-vertical axis of the bowl and add a jarring note to the maker's original intent, in my god-like opinion. That's a very attractive pipe as is--even to a non-smoker, I would think.

I see what you mean. That straight stem paired with the cant of the chamber seems a bit off. The slightest of bends in the stem would bring the overall composition into balance.
